This machine checks splash of lead if any. It checks if any of separator of the separator is missing. It also checks that all the cells are connected to each other. If there is any fault it gives visual indication as well audio alarm.
Auto Model: Operator has to place battery underneath the machine and operate Push Button which initiate machine which does its job for all the six cells in one go.
Manual Model: Operator has to lift and place probes across welded connection.
