Stress Testing Machine (Automatic) One Cell In One Go:
Operator has to place Fingers of Gun across welded connection and operate Push Button, which operate pneumatic valve for required Preset Period. This exerts force across connection if weak it will break. (Destructive Testing so Random testing is advised)
Suitable to test all Automotive, Inverter & Traction Application: This will check strength of welded connections torsion strength by applying mechanical force across connections.
Functions:
It will check Health of Welded Joints, for set period on Automatic Timer.

Operation:
Unload Tester from hanger, place force fingers across partition & connection tags. Simply press Push Button, Fingers will apply force for the set force ( Set by Regulator Knob) for set Pre-Set Period ( Set time on Timer). Applied Force is shown on Pressure Gauge. If Connected Tags could not bear applied force for set period then connections may break.
