This machine is required to fill acid in each & every battery, so Batteries can be sent to Charging Station/Charging Section.

Function: Once Handle is placed on Battery, Acid Filler (Manual Model) will fill acid in battery.

This machine in available in Three models:

This acid filler is the abundantly used at battery depots and dealers. Layman can use this in Easy & safe way. Acid level is adjustable. Special Adapters can be provided. Take the nozzle in hand which is connected with acid tank through pipe.

This acid filler is designed for filling of traction and industrial cells by use of gravity feeding from an elevated tank. High acid flow is assured with safeguard to acid spillage. System is controlled by micro processors which controls Quantity of acid by the shut off valves.

Specialties of machine:

  1. Handle: Simple, Light Weight, Unbreakable & handy design of handle. It is with anti-drip property.
  2. Quantity: Preset & Measured quantity measured by Micro-processers will only come out of handle.
  3. Level Indicator at Tank.
  4. Electrical Wiring to handle goes through the pipe.
  5. Solenoid itself is mounted at Tank.
  6. All parts in contact with the acid are made of acid proof material.
  7. Cabinet is made in Stainless Steel grade 316 ( Acid-Proof)
  8. Electric Supply: 230 Volt AC, 50 - 60 Hz./ or as per requirement.
  9. Acid tank level: Min. 4 meter above floor level.
